Feynman Diagrams and Cutting Rules
We show how Feynman diagrams may be evaluated to take advantage of recent developments in the application of Cutkosky rules to the calculation of one-loop amplitudes. A sample calculation of gg → gH, previously calculated by Ellis et al., is presented illustrating this equivalence. This example demonstrates the use of cutting rules for massive amplitudes. متن کاملQCD Feynman Rules
where i denotes the color of a quark and f its flavor. DμΨ i = ∂μΨ i + igAμ(t )jΨ j where t are matrices representing the gauge group generators in the quark representation; in QCD the quarks belong to the fundamental 3 representation of the SU(3)C so t a is 1 2 ×Gell-Mann matrix λ. The Quantum ChromoDynamics is more complicated, even at the Lagrangian level: including the gauge-fixing and the ...
متن کاملAlgebro-geometric Feynman Rules
We give a general procedure to construct algebro-geometric Feynman rules, that is, characters of the Connes–Kreimer Hopf algebra of Feynman graphs that factor through a Grothendieck ring of immersed conical varieties, via the class of the complement of the affine graph hypersurface. In particular, this maps to the usual Grothendieck ring of varieties, defining motivic Feynman rules. We also con...
متن کاملFeynman rules in radial gauge
We present a complete set of Feynman rules for non-Abelian gauge fields obeying the radial (Fock-Schwinger) gauge condition and prove the consistency with covariant gauge Feynman rules. 11.15Bt,12.38Bx Typeset using REVTEX
متن کاملFeynman Rules for Simplicial Gravity
We develop the general formalism for performing perturbative diagrammatic expansions in the lattice theory of quantum gravity. The results help establish a precise correspondence between continuum and lattice quantities, and should be a useful guide for non-perturbative studies of gravity. The Feynman rules for Regge's simplicial lattice formulation of gravity are then discussed in detail in tw...
